The Current Situation of the Masters in Conference Interpreting, online roundtable

Do you want to know how M.A. in Conference Interpretation have changed over the years? What challenges do programs currently face in different parts of the world?

This online Round Table will welcome key figures of the Conference Interpretation training world:

  • Laura Burian - Former Dean of the Graduate School of Translation, Interpretation, and Language Education at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey - MIIS

  • Dr Danielle D'Hayer - Course Leader for the M.A. in Conference Interpretation in the London Metropolitan University

  • Gisela Heymann - Director of the M.A. in Conference Interpretation in ISIT Paris

    The Round Table will be multilingual and will have remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) into English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese thanks to generous volunteers managed once again by the talented Ophélie Derancy.
